Sunshine and a light breeze greeted the 37 players on Masters 3 (Classic) (followed by front 9 of Masters). Certainly the conditions were conducive to good golf and 21 competitors returned scores of 30 points or more.
4 people scored 35 points but on countback John Williams and Doug Kemp just missed out on the prizes, leaving Michelle O'Keefe and Marianne Liljedahl in 4th and 5th places, in 3rd place was Ingrid Hokfelt 36 points and 2nd place was Sylvia Green 39 points and in 1st place Judy McQuillan 41 points.

Drinks and tapas were enjoyed in Algarbe following which Louise Shepherd was awarded prize for nearest the pin, for a shot to 4m 96cm
A surprise draw took place and Paul Miles joined Michelle for 5th prize, 4th prize was awarded to Judy and Rosemary Moody, 3rd prize to Sylvia and Rudolf Galliart, Marianne and Jan Sjostrom received 2nd prize leaving Ingrid and Steve Bradbury to collect 1st prize.
