It was a beautiful sunny golfing day, albeit with a little chill in the wind, but the 38 players made the most of the good conditions on the Masters course.23 players returning a score of 30 points or better.
Best of the day and guaranteed to receive a prize were Jim Shaw 35 points, Richard Oberg 36 points, Ingrid Hokfelt and Anne Nolan 37 points and a great 39 points from John Flynn.
Following golf, drinks and tapas were enjoyed at Algarbe where the prize presentation took place.
Nearest the pin prize was awarded to Peter Edgington for a shot to 2m 85cm on the 17th hole.
A surprise draw took place which saw Joan Edgington join Jim for 5th prize, Alan Sharpe and Richard were awarded 4th, 3rd prize was received by Ingrid and Rosemary Moody, for secend prize Marianne Lijedahl joined Anne and 1st prize went to John who was paired with Robbie MacMillan.
Next week first tee time will be 12.50 on Masters 1 & 2 .
