A sunny day with a stiff cool breeze greeted the 9 players for this Saturday's golf.
The format was a Texas scramble with two scores to count, we have not played this format before so the scores were an unknown quantity. On the first nine the scores for each of the three teams were almost identical, but the back nine saw the team of Mick, Chris and Rosemary triumph with a score of 124.
Drinks and tapas were at Leo's Bar and Restaurant and a 15 euro Leo Restaurant voucher each was awarded to the winning team.
Next week Sylvia has volunteered to organise the golf.
