Yesterday was a perfect day for golf, no wind, the sun was shining, and it was warm. After a very busy week of golfing, 19 players arrived to play, sadly there was a last minute withdrawal due to injury. Hope your back on your feet soon Chris. Due to the ladies tee positions the organiser decided to allow them to play off the orange markers. We played in teams of four with the best two scores to count, but with a difference! Each player could choose their favourite hole to double their individual score. The cards. made very interesting reading. Some players capitalised on their chosen hole and some failed miserably! Well done to John Wil, Paul M, Paul T and Dot for winning the competition with 100 point. There was a draw for second place with 95 points but on lower handicap and also best back 9, was the team of Adrian, Rolf, Aime and Vicky. Drinks and Tapas were enjoyed by all at Mario's. Rolf is the organiser for next week, 16th December.
