We had 36 players in 9 four balls playing a “semi-Texas Scramble with 3 scores to count, a bit tough but I think it better reflects the better teams. We had 4 prizes : first for best score over 18 holes, €80 i.e. €20 each; second prize for 2nd best team over 18 holes €40 i.e. €10 each ; two further prizes of €30 i.e. €7:50 each for the best front nine score and best back nine. The winners of the first prize with score of 119 points was the team of : Thomas, Anita, Anne N. And Finton. The 2nd prize went to the team with 116 points of : Mike, Lennart, Lawrence and Cynthia. The best front nine was won by the team of Mel, John N. Margaret and Dot with a score of 56 points. The back nine was won with a total of 58 points by Jim, Kristina, Rosemary and Herman. I know it was a bit too cold for golf 🏌️‍♀️ and I apologise to those who were out early having to wait in the exposed cafe/bar. I very much hope you still managed to get some enjoyment from the day.
