Arguably the best golfing day so far this "summer", warm sunshine and very little wind greeted the 16 players testing their skills on a much improving Masters course, and the scores certainly reflected the conditions.
11 golfers scored 30 points or more, with 7 bettering their handicaps.
Brian Downey 37 points, Rosemary Moody, Natalia Korolenko, Paul Miles and Bill Egan 39 points, Drew McDowell 40 points and a fantastic 43 points from Paul Thomas.
Following drinks and tapas in Los Sobores and after the count back rule was applied Paul T, Drew, Bill and Paul M were presented with their prizes, with Paul M also receiving a prize for nearest pin (second week running).
Next week first tee time is 11.52 on Masters 1&2.
