Rain greeted the 43 players, but based upon the weather forecast it was decided to play the competition, a correct decision as the weather improved during the afternoon.
More than 25% of the players returned scores of 30 or more points, but the best scores and guaranteed a prize, were Rolf Jönegård 40 points, Mel Moody 37 points, Maria Hoovers 35 points, Marianne Liljedahl 34 points and 32 points from Sune Jnsson and John Williams.
Following drinks and tapas in Los Sabores the surprise draw resulted in Herman van de Vlis, Agneta Adolfsson, Wilhelm Krings, Thomas Bengtsson, Dot Prior and Vicken also receiving prizes.
