The day started cloudy but the sun soon appeared. This week was the first time we played the mix of courses and the rough on the Classic part of the courses was exceptionally long and very difficult to get out of, this made the scoring a little tough with the exception of Ingrid who scored an wonderful 43 points. Well done Ingrid.
The next best was Maggis with 36 points, Pepe D with 35 points and Richard with 32 points. After the surprise draw the order did not change. As Ingrid was drawn with Maria Gy for 1st, Maggis was drawn with Des, one of her playing partners for 2nd, Pepe D was drawn Nina for 3rd and Richard was drawn with Anita for 4th.
Nearest the pin on the Red course was Thomas Ben with a shot of 5.58m. Unfortunately no one managed to hit the green on the Blue course.
Drinks and tapas were enjoyed at The Stumble Inn where we were supplied also with traditional English fayre of sausage rolls, pork pie and pickled onions with cheese to commemorate the passing of the Queen.
Next week our first tee time is 12.40.
