The forecast was for wind and sure enough that was what is was, although there was the added bonus of sunshine.
As some players had already cancelled and some only wanted to play nine holes it was decided to cancel the competition so that the players could choose how many holes they wanted to play.
Those that played 18 holes certainly saw an increase in the strength of the wind on the back nine!!
We all met up in The Stumble Inn for drinks and tapas after.
