On Saturday 2nd April the weather had taken a turn for the better and 23 players, in teams of 3, were able to enjoy the sunshine and take part in a ‘Cava’ Scramble.
All players had to drive off and when the best ball was selected, everyone continued to play their own ball. On all the par 4s and 5s only one score counted but on the par 3s all scores counted. The winning team with 73 points was John Wil, Uli and Roisin, but nobody went home empty handed. As the name of the scramble suggested, the prizes this week were bottles of Cava.
