On Saturday 2nd December we held our annual Christmas Competition. The players wore lots of Christmas jumpers, hats and outfits hoping to win some prizes. After discussion the organisers decided Marion and Herman vdV were the best turned out and received prizes.
Then onto the competition itself. 40 people played a Reverse Waltz in teams of 4 on the Blue & White Course with a halfway bar served by the best barmaid in Almerimar, Debbie. Thank you Debbie and Rosemary for the mince pies and sausage rolls. They were very welcome after our early start.
